    摘要: A water-dispersible composition including a nanofiller-containing epoxy resin and a low temperature nonionic surfactant having a molecular weight of less than about 7,000 Daltons; and optionally an anionic surfactant or optionally a high temperature nonionic surfactant. The water-dispersible composition can be used to prepare an aqueous dispersion of the nanofiller-containing epoxy resin. The aqueous dispersion advantageously has a long shelf- stability. One method for preparing the aqueous dispersion includes using a high internal phase ratio emulsion process.

    摘要: A thermosetting resin composition capable of providing a molding, such as a resin sheet, that excels in not only dielectric characteristics but also dimensional stability at high temperature and even after exposure to high temperature thermal history, exhibits little dimensional change by the thermal history, namely, exhibiting low linear expansion coefficient. There are further provided a resin sheet and resin sheet for insulated substrate produced from the thermosetting resin composition. In particular, there is provided a thermosetting resin composition comprising an epoxy resin of 100 to 2000 epoxy equivalent, an epoxy resin hardening agent consisting of a phenolated compound, and a layered silicate, and are further provided a resin sheet comprised of the thermosetting resin composition and a resin sheet for insulated substrate comprised of the resin sheet.

    摘要: An elastomeric composition includes at least one diene elastomeric polymer, at least one salt or oxide of a transition metal belonging to groups IIIA, IVA, VA, VIA, VIIA, or VIIIA of the Periodic Table, at least one vulcanization accelerator, sulphur or derivatives thereof, and at least one reinforcing filler. The elastomeric composition is substantially free of zinc or derivatives thereof. A tyre for a vehicle wheel including at least one component including the elastomeric composition and a tread band for a tyre including the elastomeric composition are also disclosed. The at least one diene elastomeric polymer may include a glass transition temperature lower than 20° C. The at least one salt of a transition metal may be an organic or inorganic metal salt. The at least one oxide of a transition metal may include one or more of: cobalt oxide; cerium oxide; molybdenum oxide; manganese oxide; and iron oxide.

    摘要: The present invention provides a resin composition which comprises EVOH and a thermoplastic resin other than EVOH and which generates less odor and therefore is suitable for food packaging applications. The invention also provides an environmentally friendly method for producing a resin composition, without releasing any carboxylic acid such as acetic acid to the peripheral environment. A resin composition containing less carboxylate group is obtained by contacting an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin with an aqueous solution containing both carbon dioxide gas and at least one additive selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal salt (A) and a boron compound (B) and then melt kneading with a thermoplastic resin (G) other than EVOH.
