摘要: Novel woven materials, producible by a new weaving method, are described that comprise single or doubled warps and wefts in the form of tapes that are preferably partially stabilized type of fibrous tape. These fibres are caused to occur in a non-linear arrangement during the weaving process. The non-linear fibres can be subsequently straightened by pulling the tape longitudinally. The doubled warps and wefts comprise disconnected tapes. Such separateness of constituent tapes of doubled warp and weft tapes enables them to be slid/slipped relative to each other by pulling longitudinally and laterally without causing any alteration in the woven structure. These novel fabrics solve the problem of uneven fibre distribution and orientation arising from crumples/wrinkles due to compression and stretches due to extension, at the inner and outer sides respectively, when tape-woven fabrics are curved into shapes. Further, by using doubled warps and wefts fabrics with relatively flat/planar sections and thicker/raised wide rib sections can be also created that resemble a bit like a profiled material in its cross-section. Other fabrics like those comprising slant/oblique weft tapes, shaped warp and weft tapes, formed shape within its body are also producible.

摘要: A buffer board for a treadmill includes a bamboo strip portion and an endurable slide plate. The bamboo strip portion is composed of at least one longitudinal bamboo strip and at least one transverse bamboo strip. The longitudinal bamboo strip and the transverse bamboo strip are crosswise knitted to constitute a woven bamboo plate. The woven bamboo plate can be stacked one by one to constitute a stack of woven bamboo plates in a desired thickness for enhancing the strength of the buffer board. The longitudinal bamboo strips connected side by side and the transverse bamboo strips connected side by side are stacked up to constitute a laminated bamboo board. The upper woven bamboo plate or the laminated bamboo board is attached with the endurable slide board. After being applied with a press force, the surface of the endurable slide board is formed with concave-convex massage pattern according to the pattern of the woven bamboo plate or the laminated bamboo board. The buffer board constituted by the woven bamboo plate or the laminated bamboo board or both provides a better buffer effect and a foot massage effect.

摘要: An elastic woven tape is disclosed as being composed of at least two kinds of tape sections, each of which having a respectively different elongation and/or modulus, and formed by alternating and continuous integration of these two kinds of tape sections by weaving. The weaving method of the said elastic woven tape includes controlling the changes in the degrees of elasticity provided by elastic threads for the woven tape in mechanized weaving through the control of the feeding speeds of the elastic threads. The advantageous effects of this invention lie in the production of a woven tape composed of tape sections respectively with larger elongation but smaller modulus and with smaller elongation but larger modulus by means of their alternating and continuous integration by weaving, which simplifies the post-weaving operation and improves production efficiency. The resultant woven tape has no connections or joints, which assures the overall beauty of the apparel with the woven tape and the comfort of the apparel in wearing.

摘要: In an improved method of weaving straw decorative ribbons by plastic tapes, the plastic tape is used as the warp or weft, and a nylon string as the weft or warp to weave a piece of cloth by the square weaving method of a weaving machine, such that the plastic tape and nylon are weaved with each other in a predetermined distance apart, and the plastic tapes are weaved and leaned against each other like a piece of cloth, and the side proximate to the weaved position is cut such that each plastic weaved unit has a weaved section and a tassel section, and both sides of the weaved section are stitched to fix the plastic tape and to prevent the edge of the cloth from drawing out. The present invention accomplishes the fast manufacturing of decorative ribbons for all kinds of articles, simulates the man-made straw umbrella by using plant materials, and provides a way for mass production and effectively lowers the cost.
