摘要: Provided is a control device for an internal combustion engine, including a crank angle sensor, a cam angle sensor, a real phase angle detector for detecting a real phase angle of a cam shaft based on a detection signal of the sensors, a target phase angle setting unit including a temperature parameter and battery voltage, for setting a target phase angle of the cam shaft based on an operating state of the internal combustion engine, and a phase angle feedback control unit for conducting feedback control operation so that the real phase angle coincides with the target phase angle, and for calculating an operation quantity to a hydraulically controlled solenoid valve, in which the feedback control unit sets an integral term initial value when starting the feedback control operation according to the temperature parameter, corrects a control correction quantity by the battery voltage, and outputs the operation quantity to the solenoid valve.

摘要: Provided is a control apparatus for an internal combustion engine, capable of improving a response characteristic of a PID feedback control, including: an oil pressure regulating valve having a solenoid; a variable cam phase mechanism for changing a cam phase; and an ECU for controlling the oil pressure regulating valve. The ECU includes: an actual cam phase detecting unit for detecting the cam phase; a target cam phase setting unit for setting a target cam phase; an output duty calculating unit for calculating an output duty; a feedback control unit for controlling the cam phase via the output duty calculating unit with PID feedback control; a coil temperature detecting unit for detecting a temperature of a coil; a circuit resistance calculating unit for calculating a resistance of an electric circuit by correcting a resistance of the coil based upon the temperature of the coil; and an integral term initial value calculating unit for calculating a holding output duty based upon the resistance of the electric circuit. When an integral term is initialized, the feedback control unit sets the holding output duty as the integral term.

The ECU includes an actual cam phase detecting unit, a target cam phase setting unit, a feedback control unit, a coil temperature detecting unit, a circuit resistance calculating unit, and an integral term initial value calculating unit. When an integral term is initialized, the feedback control unit sets the holding output duty as the integral term.

摘要: Provided is a control apparatus for an internal combustion engine which controls the internal combustion engine in such a manner as to prevent excessive overshoot of an actual phase angle at a time of phase angle feedback control. The control apparatus for an internal combustion engine includes: a unit for detecting an actual phase angle of a camshaft based on a crank angle signal and a cam angle signal; a unit for setting a target phase angle of the camshaft based on an operational state; and a unit for performing phase angle feedback control calculation such that the actual phase angle coincides with the target phase angle, to calculate an amount of operation for the hydraulic pressure control solenoid valve, in which: the phase angle feedback control calculation is started for a first time after a KEY is turned ON with an initial value of an integral term set to a predetermined value; the phase angle feedback control calculation is performed using a control gain obtained by multiplying a control gain at a time of normal control when a control difference is equal to or larger than a preset value during the phase angle feedback control; and the phase angle feedback control calculation is performed using the control gain at the time of normal control when the control difference is smaller than the preset value during the phase angle feedback control.

摘要: A control apparatus for an internal combustion engine can control an actual operating characteristic with high precision by shortening a response time thereof. The control apparatus capable of changing an actual phase angle of a camshaft by an OCV includes a crank angle sensor for detecting a crank angle of a crankshaft and generating a crank angle signal, an actual phase angle detection section for detecting the actual phase angle of the camshaft, an air flow sensor and a throttle position sensor for detecting an operating state of the engine, a target phase angle calculation section for calculating a target phase angle based on the operating state, and a phase angle feedback control section for calculating an operation amount to the OCV so as to make the actual phase angle coincide with the target phase angle. The phase angle feedback control section calculates the operation amount in synchronization with the crank angle signal.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to allow stress that may be applied to a semiconductor package to be suppressed, when the semiconductor package is mounted on a curved board. In a mount board 1, a semiconductor package 20 is mounted on a curved board 10 including a curved surface on at least a portion thereof. The curved board 10 includes a pedestal portion 13a disposed on a region of the curved surface portion where the semiconductor package 20 is mounted and having an upper surface thereof formed flat, and a plurality of pad portions 15a disposed on the flat surface of the pedestal portion 13a. The pedestal portion 13a is formed of an insulating material. The semiconductor package 20 is mounted on the pad portions 15a.
