摘要: Methods and systems for transferring a host image of a first machine to a second machine, such as during disaster recovery or migration, are disclosed. In one example, a first profile of a first machine of a first type is compared to a second profile of a second machine of a second type different from the first type, to which the host image is to be transferred. The first and second profiles each comprise at least one property of the first type of first machine and the second type of second machine, respectively. At least one property of a host image of the first machine is conformed to at least one corresponding property of the second machine. The conformed host image is provided to the second machine, via a network. The second machine is configured with at least one conformed property of the host image.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems and methods for performing operations comprising: retrieving, from a content management system (CMS), website generation data that references a data model type stored on the CMS; importing, by a migration agent from the CMS, definition of the data model type referenced by the website generation data as a local version of the data model type; detecting, by the migration agent, a change to a property of the local version of the data model type; and generating, by the migration agent, a migration script to migrate the change to the property of the local version of data model type to the data model type stored on the CMS.

摘要: Techniques described herein are directed toward a counter hash generation scheme. One embodiment includes a method for counter hash generation. The method includes a device receiving an instruction to transmit an artifact from a source system to a target system, the artifact comprising a plurality of blocks. The device receives a block from the source system. The device generates an initialization vector based at least in part on the artifact. The device generates a nonce based at least in part on the initialization vector and a block value, each block being assigned a respective block value by a counter. The device generates a combined data instance based at least in part on a combination of the nonce, data of the block, and a length of the block. The device generates a hash of the combined data instance. The device transmits the hash and the block to the target system.

摘要: A jump server receives a command to check performance of one or more Distributed Units (DUs) or one or more Radio Units (RUs) at one or more cell sites. In response, the jump server executes a wrapper script that logs into a performance server, copies at least one input file that identifies the one or more DUs or the one or more RUs and a performance script to a user-specific directory at the performance server and initiates execution of the performance script at the performance server. The execution of the performance script causes the performance server to run a set of performance checking procedures on the one or more DUs or the one or more RUs identified in the input file, generate an output log file that comprises results of running the set of performance procedures, and store the output log file in the user specific directory.

摘要: The disclosure generally describes computer-implemented methods, software, and systems for accessing volumes of data records structured to include sets dimensions, each dimension labelled in a manner specific to respective entities; identifying candidates data records keyed by managed keys that span a subset of dimensions even though at least one dimension from the subset of dimensions is labelled differently between the different volumes; comparing the candidate data records from the different volumes to determine whether a particular managed key is valid based on contents of the candidate data records from the different volumes; in response to determining that the particular managed key is valid, combining the candidate data records keyed by the valid managed key to be merged and accessible as one continuous entry; and in response to determining that the particular managed key is invalid, combining the candidate data records from the different volumes as separate entries.

摘要: Embodiments are provided for imaging an operating system (OS) by creating a new OS image from an installer OS image copy maintained in durable storage. During the OS imaging, only a subset of OS files from the installer image are fully copied into the new OS image. Placeholder files are created for other files not included in the initial subset of OS files which were determined to be critical for booting of the OS and/or a minimum set of OS functionality. The placeholder files are distinguished from sparse files and are inaccurately presented by the file system as being full copies of the underlying installer OS image. The data for the placeholder files is only copied when requested, on demand, and/or when there is available/unused processing bandwidth that is subsequently identified after rebooting the computing system with the new OS image.

摘要: Technologies for processing network packets by a host interface of a network interface controller (NIC) of a compute device. The host interface is configured to retrieve, by a symmetric multi-purpose (SMP) array of the host interface, a message from a message queue of the host interface and process, by a processor core of a plurality of processor cores of the SMP array, the message to identify a long-latency operation to be performed on at least a portion of a network packet associated with the message. The host interface is further configured to generate another message which includes an indication of the identified long-latency operation and a next step to be performed upon completion. Additionally, the host interface is configured to transmit the other message to a corresponding hardware unit scheduler as a function of the subsequent long-latency operation to be performed. Other embodiments are described herein.
