摘要: A method for manufacturing a device including a substrate and a second film disposed above the substrate includes: forming a first film above the substrate using a composition containing a polymerizable monomer and an oxidation inhibitor; and forming the second film by curing the first film in a state where at least one part of a mold having a convexo-concave pattern is in contact with the first film, or after at least one part of the mold is brought into contact with the first film. The oxidation inhibitor is at least one of a hindered amine compound and a hindered phenol compound having a molecular weight of 700 or more. The composition satisfies a relationship of (t0(T)-tx(T))/t0(T)×100≤13.0. (t0(T) is a height of a convex part of cured film obtained by the specific method, and tx(T) is the corresponding height after heating at 260° C.)

摘要: The disclosure herein includes rapid gas decompression (RGD)-resistant fluoroelastomeric compositions and includes a curable fluoropolymer having a curesite monomer with at least one functional group capable of curing with a peroxide curative. The compositions include a bisphenyl-based curative and an organic peroxide curative and an organic peroxide co-curative. The fluoroelastomeric compositions have a ratio of the bisphenyl-based curative to the organic peroxide co-curative of about 0.25:1 to about 1.5:1 and a ratio of the bisphenyl-based curative to the organic peroxide of about 0.5:1 to about 1.5:1. Such compositions can be formed into seals meeting RGD industry standards in a variety of sizes, up to and/or exceeding 5 mm in thickness or cross-sectional diameter.

In a pneumatic tire comprising an inner liner layer formed from a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by blending a thermoplastic resin with an elastomer, a tie rubber layer, and a coating rubber layer, the coating rubber layer and the inner liner layer are disposed in a manner such that the coating rubber layer and the inner liner layer overlap each other, and a rubber composition in at least a region of the coating rubber layer where the coating rubber layer and the inner liner layer overlap has an adhesion to the inner liner layer.
