摘要: A quantum-dot thin film, a display backplate, and a manufacturing method of the display backplate are provided. The display backplate includes a light-emitting module and a quantum-dot module. The light-emitting module includes a light-emitting main body and a composite protective functional layer which are stacked. The quantum-dot module includes a quantum-dot layer disposed on the composite protective functional layer and a common protective functional layer disposed on the quantum-dot layer. A thickness of the composite protective functional layer is less than a thickness of the common protective functional layer.

摘要: A multi-color display includes a backplane having backplane circuitry, an array of micro-LEDs electrically integrated with backplane circuitry of the backplane, a first color conversion layer over each of a first plurality of light emitting diodes, a second color conversion layer over each of a second plurality of light emitting diodes, and a plurality of isolation walls separating adjacent micro-LEDs of the array. The micro-LEDs of the array are configured to generate illumination of the same wavelength range, the first color conversion layer converts the illumination to light of a first color, and the second color conversion layer converts the illumination to light of a different second color.

摘要: A display device with a high luminance, a high contrast, and low power consumption is provided. The display device includes a transistor, a light-emitting element, a coloring layer, a phosphor layer, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The light-emitting element is electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode, the first electrode is electrically connected to the transistor, and the second electrode is positioned on the same plane as the first electrode. The coloring layer is positioned over the light-emitting element, the phosphor layer is positioned between the light-emitting element and the coloring layer, and the phosphor layer, the light-emitting element, and the coloring layer include a region in which they overlap with one another. The light-emitting element includes a light-emitting diode chip, and the phosphor layer has a function of emitting light of a complementary color of an emission color of the light-emitting element.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a plurality of optoelectronic semiconductor components, including the following steps: preparing a plurality of semiconductor chips spaced in a lateral direction to one another; forming a housing body assembly, at least one region of which is arranged between the semiconductor chips; forming a plurality of fillets, each adjoining a semiconductor chip and being bordered in a lateral direction by a side surface of each semiconductor chip and the housing body assembly; and separating the housing body assembly into a plurality of optoelectronic components, each component having at least one semiconductor chip and a portion of the housing body assembly as a housing body, and each semiconductor chip not being covered by material of the housing body on a radiation emission surface of the semiconductor component, which surface is located opposite a mounting surface. The invention also relates to a semiconductor component.

An angle of a corner portion between the top surface and the inner surface of the wall is in a range of 90 degrees or greater and less than 180 degrees.

The second refractive index is between the first refractive index and a refractive index of the encapsulant at the dominant wavelength.
