The encapsulation step comprises: printing the liquid resin encapsulant by vacuum pressure differential printing in such a way that; the encapsulant covers at least an internal connecting terminal provided on a substrate, a semiconductor chip, and a wire interconnecting the internal connecting terminal and the semiconductor chip; and that the thickness of the encapsulant lying above the wire at the highest position of the wire comes to be at least 0.8 times the thickness of the encapsulant lying beneath the wire at the same position; and curing or drying the encapsulant.

An ocular lens material comprising a copolymer prepared by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising, as main components, (A) 15 to 40% by mole of a fluoroalkyl (silicon-containing alkyl) fumarate, (B) 10 to 50% by mole of a styrenic monomer, (C) 5 to 35% by mole of a hydrophilic monomer, and (D) 0.1 to 20% by mole of a crosslinkable monomer. The ocular lens material is excellent in all of transparency, oxygen permeability, mechanical strength and hardness. Further, the material is excellent in hydrophilic property in spite of its low water absorption.

There is disclosed a method of symmetrizing a three-dimensional NMR spectrum which is obtained by applying a preparation pulse or pulse sequence, sampling the resulting free induction decay signals with a sequence having two evolution periods and a detection period to obtain data S (t.sub.1, t.sub.2, t.sub.3), and taking the Fourier transform of the data to create the three-dimensional NMR spectrum .alpha. (.omega..sub.1, .omega..sub.2, .omega..sub.3). The 3D NMR spectrum is sliced perpendicularly to the frequency axis .omega..sub.3. Data about the 3D NMR spectrum is arithmetically processed in such a way that peaks having no symmetrical partners at symmertical positions determined also taking account of the direction of the frequency axis .omega..sub.3 are found and erased to obtain a spectrum .alpha..sub.1 (.omega..sub.1, .omega..sub.2, .omega..sub.3). The data about this spectrum is arithmetically processed in such a way that peaks complementary to the peaks having no symmetrical partners in the sliced planes of the spectrum .alpha..sub.1 (.omega..sub.1, .omega..sub.2, .omega..sub.3 ) are added to obtain a symmetrized spectrum .alpha..sub.2 (.omega..sub.1, .omega..sub.2, .omega..sub.3).

A photopolymerizable composition comprised of an addition polymerizable material, a photoinitiator, a thermal addition polymerization inhibitor and a polymeric binding agent. The addition polymerizable material is comprised of a defined monoethylenically unsaturated acrylate and one or more non-gaseous compounds having at least two terminal ethylenic groups. The photopolymerizable composition displays superior flexibility and develops and strips more efficiently when compared to a like composition but in the absence of the acrylate. The photopolymerizable composition may be in the form of sheet or roll on a film support which can be laminated to a substrate and can be used in the preparation of printed circuit boards.

The free bases of various amino dyestuffs, such as the amino derivatives of triarylmethane and xanthene dyestuffs form stable solutions with organic halides and a matrix, such as a film-forming binder. Dry films of such compositions are lightly colored; upon exposure to actinic light, the dyestuffs become intensely colored. The combination of dyestuff free base and organic halide is particularly useful in conjunction with photopolymerizable compositions to denote the polymerized portions of a dry film photoresist and to enable the use of thicker films or coatings of liquid photopolymerizable compositions than were previously useful.
