摘要: A disc chucking mechanism includes a turn table 3 on which a disc 19 with a center hole 20 is located, a chucking magnet 10 for magnetically attracting a center hub 21 of the disc 19 to it, and a magnet yoke 60. The magnet yoke 60 includes a ring-like member which is inserted between the turn table 3 and the chucking magnet 10, engaging portions 62 which are extended from the ring-like member of the magnet yoke toward the turn table 3, and brought into engagement with the turn table, and magnet engaging portions 61 which are extended in the direction opposite to the bending direction of the engaging portions 62, and urgingly fix the chucking magnet 10.

摘要: A disc chucking mechanism includes a turn table, on which a disc with a center hole is disposed, driven by a rotation/drive mechanism, said turn table having a cylindrical portion to which the center hole of a disc in fit, a first guide protruding radially outwardly of the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion, second and third guides retractably provided at positions angularly spaced approximately 120° from the first guide with respect to the center of rotation of the cylindrical portion, and auxiliary guides provided at mid-positions between the second guide and the first guide and between the third guide and the first guide, a height of a peak point of each auxiliary guide being smaller than a height of a peak point of the first guide when measured from the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion, wherein the distance of each auxiliary guide measured from the outer circumferenial surface of the cylindrical portion in smaller than the distance of the peak point of the first guide from the outer circumferential surface.

摘要: After a coil 24 is wound through an open slot 26 which forms a sufficient space for the winding operation of an armature core 10, a magnetic member 34 is inserted and mounted into the open slot 26 and is then engaged with and fixed to the umbrella portions 20 of the armature core 10. A gap 36 formed in the central portion of the open slot 26 operates to narrow a gap between the magnetic poles of mutually adjoining salient poles 16, which reduces not only the generation of cogging phenomena and vibrations but also variations in quality between products, that is, the armature cores 10 produced.

After the winding of the drive coil (17), opening-width adjusting members (50A) are put within open slots (100), to thereby reduce the opening width of the armature core (11) at the flux gathering parts (54A) and (55A) of the opening-width adjusting member (50A). The opening-width adjusting member (50A) is positioned and fixed, by its elasticity, within each open slot.

摘要: There is disclosed a process for producing a hydrogen-containing gas, which comprises reacting methanol, steam and oxygen in the presence of (1) a catalyst comprising platinum and zinc oxide, wherein the content of the platinum is in the range of 5 to 50% by weight based on the total amount of the platinum and zinc oxide, or (2) a catalyst comprising platinum, zinc oxide and chromium oxide, wherein the atomic ratio of zinc to chromium (zinc/chromium) is in the range of 2 to 30, or (3) a catalyst comprising platinum, zinc oxide and at least one element selected from the group consisting of lead, bismuth and indium. Each of the catalysts has a high activity and is excellent in heat resistance and selectivity to steam-reforming reaction, and accordingly is capable of efficiently producing a reformed gas which is composed principally of hydrogen and is well suited for use in a fuel cell and the like by means of auto thermal reaction reaction, while lowering the concentration of carbon monoxide in a reformed hydrogen-containing gas.
