摘要: A planetary gearbox for a power tool has a planetary carrier and a rotatable sleeve with sun wheel toothing arranged centrally on the planetary carrier. The sleeve has a radial section with outer toothing. Planet wheels are positioned between planetary carrier and radial section and mesh with the sun wheel toothing. A switching ring gear surrounds the planet wheels and has an inner toothing meshing with the planet wheels. The switching ring gear is axiallay moveable on the planet wheels between first and second end positions for switching a transmission ratio. In the second end position the switching ring gear engages the outer toothing of the radial section. A synchronization disk, rotating with the rotary sleeve, is positioned between planet wheels and radial section and acts directly or indirectly by friction on the switching ring gear when the latter is moved from the first into the second end position.

摘要: Method and arrangement for providing a range gearbox with a planetary gear (1) for a motor vehicle that is configured to be connected to the output side of a basic gearbox. The ring gear (18) of the planetary gear is axially displaceable. The ring gear (18) can alternatively engage coupling rings (10, 16). A synchronizing means (15) is intended to synchronize the rotational speed difference between the ring gear (18) and one or other coupling ring (10, 16). The synchronizing means (15) and the coupling ring (16) are arranged coaxially outside the ring gear (18). A second means (25) for engaging the coupling ring (16) and a third means (25, 25b) for driving said synchronizing means (15) are arranged on the radially external side of the ring gear (18). The coupling ring (16) is arranged between the synchronizing means (15) and the first means (27).

摘要: A synchronizing arrangement in a planetary gear (1) has an axially movable ring gear (22) which for various gearchange positions can be coupled to either of two coupling rings (9, 16), situated on their respective sides of the planetary gear (1), via synchronising rings (14, 20) which belong to these coupling rings, are capable of limited rotation relative to the ring gear and have external locking teeth (30, 31) to prevent gear engagement before synchronisation is achieved. The ring gear (22) is provided with two grooves (26, 27) which run round its inside and each accommodate a ring-shaped locking device (28) for transferring axial force to the respective synchronising ring at the time of gear engagement. The respective locking device is also situated in an external groove (32, 33) in the relating synchronising ring and can be compressed in the radial direction.

摘要: In a range change transmission for vehicles which is designed as planetary transmission (2), a sun gear (3) is driven by a drive shaft (4) of an added basic transmission while a planet carrier (8) of the planetary transmission (2) is rigidly connected with an output shaft (9) of the range change transmission. To engage a low ratio group of the range change transmission, a ring gear (6) is connected with a transmission casing (1) by means of a sliding sleeve (25). In a direct through drive, the sliding sleeve (25) connects the ring gear (6) with a planet carrier (8). The construction costs should be reduced by using a single-piece synchronizer ring (22), the single-piece synchronizer ring which is effective for both shift directions cooperating by both its friction faces (23) with bevel faces (18 and 19) on the transmission casing (1) and on the planet carrier (8).

摘要: A lubrication system is for a planetary gear system of the type which includes an input shaft for driving an output shaft through a planetary gear reducer. The system includes an oil pump driven by the input shaft to provide lubricating oil to the input shaft bearings and a first chamber defined by a running seal between a ring gear wheel on the input shaft and the housing. A passage through the ring gear wheel allows lubricating oil to be received from the first chamber to a second chamber which is generally defined by a second annular running seal between the ring gear wheel and the planetary carrier. Passages through the planetary carrier allow delivery of the lubricating oil under pressure from the second chamber to the planetary gears and the sun gear.

摘要: A power distributing device for four-wheel-drive vehicle including an input shaft, a first output shaft for transmitting power to rear wheels, a second output shaft for transmitting power to front wheels, a plane planetary gear set, a power train changing means and a synchronizing means. The plane planetary gear set includes a sun gear having a hollow shaft, a ring gear connected with the first output shaft, a planet carrier drivably connected with the input shaft, and planet gears carried by the planet carrier and engaged with the sun gear and the ring gear. The power train changing means includes a sliding sleeve and a sliding tube slidably mounted on the hollow shaft, engaged movably with the hollow shaft only in its axial direction, the sliding sleeve being selectively movable to engage either with a stationary portion of the device in a rear-wheel-drive condition or with the sun gear in a direct four-wheel-drive condition and a power distributing four-wheel-drive condition, the sliding tube being selectively movable to engage with the planet carrier in the direct four-wheel-drive condition. The synchronizing means is provided to inhibit nonsynchronous engagement of the sun gear with the stationary portion or the second output shaft.

A controller controls the shift actuator utilizing an actuating pulse and an opposing pulse.

摘要: A transmission includes an input shaft coupled to a prime mover, a countershaft, main shaft, and an output shaft, with gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. A shift actuator selectively couples the input shaft to the main shaft by rotatably coupling gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. An integrated actuator housing includes a single external power access for the shift actuator. A controller interprets a shaft displacement angle, determines if the transmission is in an imminent zero or zero torque region, and performs a transmission operation in response to the transmission in the imminent zero or zero torque region.
