摘要: High security inkjet inks are made my milling two or more functional materials, such as invisible ultraviolet fluorescent dyes or pigments, infrared Anti Stokes upconverting pigments, infrared absorption and fluorescent dyes or pigments and iron oxide magnetic pigments, into a pigment dispersion. A wet media mill is used to mill the pigment dispersion until the average particle size is below 300 nm. The dispersion is combined with main components of an inkjet ink, such as deionized water, humectants, surfactants, polymer resin and biocides, to produce the high security inkjet ink.

摘要: Disclosed herein are wavelength converters and methods for making the same. The wavelength converters include a single layer of a polymeric matrix material, and one or more types of wavelength converting particles. In some embodiments the wavelength converters include first and second types of wavelength converting particles that are distributed in a desired manner within the single layer of polymeric matrix material. Methods of forming such wavelength converters and lighting devices including such wavelength converters are also disclosed.

摘要: A method for producing an escape route marking in a heatable and malleable support mold is described. The escape route marking has a transparent covering, a supporting element and a photoluminescent material. The method includes procuring the heatable and malleable support mold, inserting a supporting element into the support mold, arranging the photoluminescent material on the supporting element, arranging the transparent covering on the supporting element, heating and deforming the escape route marking in the support mold and solidifying the escape route marking in the support mold in a predetermined position. The resulting escape route marking is also described.

摘要: A resin composition for a cover or topcoat of golf balls includes: a resin for a cover or topcoat of a golf ball; an ultraviolet (UV) absorber for absorbing UV rays, of which an absorbance spectrum has an absorption peak at a wavelength in a range of 310 nm to 330 nm, has an absorbance in a wavelength range of 300 nm to 350 nm of at least 1.0 AU and has an absorbance at a wavelength of 370 nm of 0.1 to 0.5 AU; and a fluorescent whitening agent for absorbing UV rays and emitting visible rays, of which an absorbance spectrum has an absorption peak at a wavelength in a range of 350 nm to 370 nm, wherein a concentration of the UV absorber ranges from 0.25 to 1.5% by mass with respect to a total mass of the resin composition.

摘要: A bright pigment of the present invention is a bright pigment including flaky particles and a metal oxide layer covering each surface of the flaky particles. The bright pigment has a particle diameter corresponding to a 90% volume-cumulative particle diameter from a small particle diameter side, in a particle size distribution, of 55 μm or less. The flaky particles are formed of a material having a refractive index of 1.4 to 1.8. The flaky particles have an average thickness of 0.35 to 0.55 μm and substantially do not contain flaky particles having a thickness of 0.15 μm or less.

摘要: The coating composition and coating method employs a coating composition which is coated on installations to form a coating layer, wherein the coating composition comprises: 25 to 35 parts by weight of urethane synthetic resin, acrylic resin, or epoxy resin solution; 5 to 35 parts by weight of urethane, acrylic or epoxy pigments; 10 to 20 parts by weight of PE-thermoplastic resin, phenol resin, melamine resin, epoxy resin, polystyrene resin or glass beads; 40 to 52 parts by weight of organic solvents comprising urethane thinner and toluene; and 2 to 4 parts by weight of curing agent. The coating sheet can be attached to public or private installation, such as walls, poles, street lights, or traffic lights, to prevent adhesion of unlawful advertising materials on the installation, and can be provided with color tones same as those of the private or public installations in order not to defile the appearance of the street.
