摘要: A sintered alloy includes, in percentage by mass, Cr: 10.37 to 39.73, Ni: 5.10 to 24.89, Si: 0.14 to 2.52, Cu: 1.0 to 10.0, P: 0.1 to 1.5, C: 0.18 to 3.20 and the balance of Fe plus unavoidable impurities; a phase A containing precipitated metallic carbide with an average particle diameter of 10 to 50 μm; and a phase B containing precipitated metallic carbide with an average particle diameter of 10 μm or less, wherein the phase A is randomly dispersed in the phase B and the average particle diameter DA of the precipitated metallic carbide in the phase A is larger than the average particle diameter DB of the precipitated metallic carbide of the phase B.

摘要: An Ag2O—V2O5—TeO2 lead-free low-melting glass composition that is prevented or restrained from crystallization by heating so as to soften and flow more satisfactorily at a low temperature contains a principal component which includes a vanadium oxide, a tellurium oxide and a silver oxide; a secondary component which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of BaO, WO3 and P2O5; and an additional component which includes at least one selected from the group consisting of oxides of elements in Group 13 of periodic table. A total component of the principal component is 85 mole percent or more in terms of V2O5, TeO2 and Ag2O. Contents of TeO2 and Ag2O each is 1 to 2 times as much as a content of V2O5. A content of the secondary component is 0 to 13 mole percent. A content of the additional component is 0.1 to 3.0 mole percent.

摘要: Provided are: an organic electronic material which can be easily multilayered and that can be used in substrates, such as resin, that cannot be processed at high temperatures; an ink composition containing the same; an organic thin film formed using said organic electronic material or said ink composition; and an organic electronic element and an organic EL element that are formed using said organic thin film and that have a superior luminous efficacy and emission lifespan than conventional elements. Specifically, provided are: an organic electronic material that is characterized by containing an oligomer or a polymer having a structure that branches into three or more directions and has at least one polymerizable substituent; an ink composition containing said organic electronic material; and an organic thin film prepared using the aforementioned organic electronic material. Further, provided are an organic electronic element and an organic electroluminescent element containing said organic thin film.

摘要: Disclosed is a CO2 concentration reducing device for separating and removing CO2 from a gas containing CO2 with a CO2 adsorbent, the CO2 concentration reducing device including: an adsorbent container which contains the CO2 adsorbent; and a heating unit which heats the CO2 adsorbent by an induction heating or a dielectric heating. Thus, a ventilation quantity can be reduced when CO2 accumulated in a room is removed, and an electric power required for the ventilation and the electric power required for air conditioning can be reduced.

摘要: A cell isolation method includes: a cell trapping step of allowing a test liquid to pass through a cell trapping filter which has a plurality of through-holes in the thickness direction, thereby trapping isolation target cells contained in the test liquid on one surface of the cell trapping filter; a gel embedding step of introducing a stimulus-responsive hydrogel onto the one surface of the cell trapping filter on which the cells have been trapped in the cell trapping step, thereby embedding the cells in the stimulus-responsive hydrogel; a gel hardening step of applying a stimulus to the stimulus-responsive hydrogel in which the cells are embedded, thereby hardening the stimulus-responsive hydrogel; and a detachment step of detaching the stimulus-responsive hydrogel that was hardened in the gel hardening step from the cell trapping filter.

摘要: The CMP polishing liquid of the invention comprises a metal salt containing at least one type of metal selected from the group consisting of metals of Groups 8, 11, 12 and 13, 1,2,4-triazole, a phosphorus acid, an oxidizing agent and abrasive grains. The polishing method of the invention comprises a step of polishing at least a palladium layer with an abrasive cloth while supplying a CMP polishing liquid between the palladium layer of a substrate having the palladium layer and the abrasive cloth, wherein the CMP polishing liquid comprises a metal salt containing at least one type of metal selected from the group consisting of metals of Groups 8, 11, 12 and 13, 1,2,4-triazole, a phosphorus acid, an oxidizing agent and abrasive grains.

摘要: A positive-type photosensitive resin composition includes (A) a phenol resin modified by a compound having an unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 4 to 100 carbon atoms; (B) a compound that produces an acid by light; (C) a thermal crosslinking agent; and (D) a solvent. The positive-type photosensitive resin composition according to the present invention can be developed by an alkaline aqueous solution, and an effect thereof is that a resist pattern having sufficiently high sensitivity and resolution, excellent adhesion, and good thermal shock resistance can be formed.
