摘要: A fiber-reinforced resin composite material includes first and second members. The first member includes a first fiber and a first matrix resin. The first fiber includes a reinforcing fiber and is impregnated with the first matrix resin. The reinforcing fiber has a melting point and a tensile strength higher than those of an aliphatic polyamide fiber. The second member includes a stack and a second matrix resin. The stack includes a second fiber and a third fiber filled with the second matrix resin. The second fiber includes the reinforcing fiber. The second matrix resin includes a component common to that of the first matrix resin, and includes a first polyamide resin that includes an aliphatic polyamide resin. The third fiber includes a second polyamide resin that includes an aliphatic polyamide resin and has a melting point higher than that of the first polyamide resin by 7 to 50 degrees centigrade.

摘要: A prepreg includes: a resin composition or a semi-cured product thereof; and a fibrous base material, wherein the resin composition contains a polymer having a structural unit expressed by the formula (1) in a molecule, and a curing agent each at a predetermined content rate. A cured product of the resin composition has a Dk of 2.6 to 3.8, and the fibrous base material includes a glass cloth having a Dk of 4.7 or less and a Df of 0.0033 or less. A cured product of the prepreg has a Dk of 2.7 to 3.8, and a Df of 0.002 or less.
In the formula (1), Z represents an arylene group, R1 to R3 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and R4 to R6 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms.-

摘要: This invention relates to a flame retardant epoxy resin composition which includes an epoxy resin structure having an epoxy functionality of 2 or more with a measured total heat release value of not more than 23 kJ/g as well as an organic phosphinic acid structure (in reacted or unreacted form), as well as a prepreg, and a fiber reinforced composite material prepared using the epoxy resin composition. More specifically, an epoxy resin composition is provided that contains a combination of particular types of epoxy resins and curatives that provide sufficient flame retardance when cured at 163° C. for 15 minutes. The epoxy resin systems are also suitable for preparing a fiber-reinforced composite material that will also provide sufficient flame retardance for a variety of applications.

摘要: To provide an expansion molded product not only excellent in sound absorption properties and rigidity but also resistant to tearing after bending deformation, and a web and a stampable sheet suitable for producing the expansion molded product. The presently disclosed web, stampable sheet, and expansion molded product contain a reinforcing fiber containing an inorganic fiber and an organic fiber, a thermoplastic resin, and a thermal expandable particle, where the proportion of the reinforcing fiber is 20 mass % or more and 55 mass % or less based on a total amount of the reinforcing fiber and the thermoplastic resin, the proportion of the organic fiber is 25 mass % or more and 77 mass % or less based on a total amount of the organic and inorganic fibers, the reinforcing fiber has an average length of 8 mm or more, and the organic fiber has a breaking elongation of 15% or more.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an epoxy resin composition capable of giving cured resins which combine flexural modulus with flexural strain on a high level and have excellent heat resistance; a prepreg comprising the epoxy resin composition and reinforcing fibers; and a fiber-reinforced composite material obtained by curing the prepreg and excellent especially in terms of 0° and 90° bending strength. An embodiment of the epoxy resin composition of the present invention for achieving such purpose is an epoxy resin composition which comprises the following components [A], [B], and [C] and satisfies a specific requirement. Component [A]: a trifunctional amine type epoxy resin. Component [B]: a bisphenol F type epoxy resin which is solid at 25° C. Component [C]: an aromatic amine compound.
