摘要: A system for controlling vehicle power using big data is provided. The system includes a big data server that receives vehicle driving related data, processes and analyzes the received data to generate a driving power pattern of the vehicle, and stores the driving power pattern. A vehicle controller determines whether to limit charging/discharging power of a battery based on continuous charging/discharging time or an accumulation amount of continuous charging/discharging power of the battery and calculates battery charging/discharging power to be limited based on the driving power pattern received from the big data server when the charging/discharging power of the battery is limited.

摘要: A hybrid vehicle system is configured to be capable of switching among four or more of a plurality of traveling modes including a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) mode and an electric vehicle (EV) mode, and includes one toggle switch for selecting any one of the plurality of traveling modes and a controller. The controller selects the plurality of traveling modes in sequence whenever the toggle switch accepts each of operations to a first direction and a second direction. The HEV mode is set to be changed to different traveling modes between when the toggle switch accepts one or a plurality of operations to the first direction and when the toggle switch accepts an operation to the second direction, and the HEV mode and the EV mode are set to be continuous in an order of selection by the controller.

摘要: A control apparatus for an electric vehicle includes circuitry. The electronic control unit is configured to, upon determining that the electric vehicle is in a state in which the battery becomes unusable and is stopped on a slope, change an operation method of a drive motor of the electric vehicle to cause the drive motor to be directly operated by an electric power generated by an electric power generation motor of the electric vehicle without intervening a battery of the electric vehicle. The circuitry is configured to calculate an electric power amount necessary to start the electric vehicle in a climbing direction of the slope. The circuitry is configured to increase a rotational speed of an engine of the electric vehicle to cause the necessary electric power amount to be generated by the electric power generation motor.

摘要: An ENG-ECU performs a specific cylinder fuel cutoff process of stopping combustion of an air-fuel mixture in some cylinders out of a plurality of cylinders of an internal combustion engine and a transmission process of transmitting engine operation information on execution of the specific cylinder fuel cutoff process to an HV-ECU. The HV-ECU performs a torque compensation process of compensating for a decrease in engine torque due to execution of the specific cylinder fuel cutoff process using an output torque of a second MG based on the received engine operation information. The ENG-ECU performs a process of starting the specific cylinder fuel cutoff process in a combustion cycle when a waiting time which includes a time until the HV-ECU receives the engine operation information has elapsed after the transmission process has been performed.

摘要: A hover-capable flying machine such as a drone includes a robotic arm extending from the body, and an instrumentality for balancing the machine in response to disturbances such as those caused by picking up and dropping of the payload by the extended robotic arm. In embodiments, the end of the arm is equipped with a balancing rotor assembly that may provide lift sufficient to counteract the weight of the payload and/or of the arm. In embodiments, the machine's power pack is shifted in response to the disturbances. The power pack may be moved, for example, on a rail within and/or extending beyond the machine in a direction generally opposite to the extended arm. The power pack may also be built into a bandolier-like device that can be rolled-in and rolled out, thus changing the center of gravity of the machine.

摘要: Methods and systems for operating a vehicle on a reduced traction surface are disclosed. A controller of the vehicle obtains at least one of: ambient information or GPS information, determines a derate increment size based on the ambient or GPS information, imposes a sustained derate by applying a torque limit on a braking torque of the vehicle based on the derate increment size in response to detecting a traction control event. The controller also determines a verification period and a derate reduction period based on the ambient or GPS information to reduce the sustained derate in response to detecting a lack of traction control event during the verification period at a rate determined by the derate reduction period.
