摘要: A light-emitting device, which improves the light output of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), includes at least one porous metal or metalloid oxide light extraction layer positioned between the substrate and the transparent conducting material layer in the OLED. The index of refraction of the light extraction layer and the light scattering may be tuned by changing the pore size, pore density, doping the metal oxide, adding an insulating, conducting or semiconducting component, or filling the pores, for example. A method for forming the light-emitting device includes forming at least one light extraction layer comprising a porous metal or metalloid oxide on a substrate, for example, using atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (APCVD), and subsequently, forming a transparent conducting material on the light extraction layer.

摘要: The present invention relates to polyurethane-urea elastomers with exceptional mechanical properties and enhanced elasticity based on molecular structure analysis. The present invention involves the synthesis of a polyurethane-urea elastomer using a combination of commercially available materials: (1) polyols with ultralow unsaturation and narrow polydispersity, (2) diisocyanates with symmetric steric conformation, and (3) bulky diamines between functional groups. The preparation method for the novel polyurethane-urea is disclosed. The subject elastomers have the highest reported elongation-at-break among known polyurethane elastomers.

摘要: An olefin polymerization catalyst and preparation method and use thereof are provided. The components of the catalyst comprise an active magnesium halide, a titanium compound containing at least one Ti-halide bond loaded on the active magnesium halide, and an internal electron donor selected from one or more silicon esters compounds having formula (I). The method for preparing the catalyst components is that: adding spherical magnesium chloride alcoholate particles and the electron donor into the solution of titanium compound in sequence, and processing with the titanium compound for one or more times to obtain the catalyst. The catalyst system used for the olefin polymerization comprises the catalyst components, a cocatalyst and an external electron donor. The catalyst has high activity for the propylene polymerization, and the activity is 4399 gPP/gTi·h(50° C., 1 h, slurry polymerization at atmospheric pressure), and the isotacticity of the polymer is 98%.

摘要: Heat spreading substrate. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus includes a thermally conductive, electrically insulating regular solid, a first electrically conductive coating mechanically coupled to a first edge of the regular solid and a second electrically conductive coating mechanically coupled to a second edge of the regular solid. The first and the second electrically conductive coatings are electrically isolated from one another and the faces of the first electrically conductive coating, the second electrically conductive coating and the regular solid are substantially co-planar. The primary and secondary surfaces of the regular solid may be free of electrically conductive materials.

摘要: A system and method for managing mass compromise of financial transaction devices is disclosed. A method includes maintaining a summary of a transaction history for a financial transaction device, and forming a device history profile based on the transaction history, the device history profile including predictive variables indicative of fraud associated with the financial transaction device. A method further includes generating a fraud score based on the predictive variables, the fraud score representing a likelihood that the financial transaction device is compromised will be used fraudulently.
