    摘要: The invention provides a thermosetting resin composition that demonstrates superior peel strength while retaining excellent heat resistance and tensile shear adhesion strength. The thermosetting resin composition comprises: an epoxy resin A containing an epoxy group and a thermoplastic resin B containing a functional group f having reactivity with an epoxy group, the thermoplastic resin B being obtained by modifying a thermoplastic resin b1 containing an unsaturated bond with a nitrone b2 containing the functional group f, and the content of the nitrone b2 relative to the unsaturated bonds being not less than 0.5 mol % and less than 10 mol %, and the content of the thermoplastic resin B being from 10 to 50 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the epoxy resin A.

    摘要: Provided is a polymer composition for use in the production of a crosslinked polymer having excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance. A polymer composition comprising a polymer having multiple anionic functional groups and a polymer having multiple nitrogenated functional groups each represented by formula (1). The anionic functional groups are at least one group selected from a carboxy group, a sulfo group and a phosphate group. In one embodiment, each of the nitrogenated functional groups represented by formula (1) is bound to a structure derived from a conjugated diene compound or a structure derived from an aromatic vinyl compound.

    摘要: The present invention provides: a cationic natural rubber latex comprising cationic natural rubber microparticles in which the surfaces of natural rubber microparticles are coated by a cationic polymer, a weight average molecular weight of the cationic polymer being from 3000 to 150000, a concentration of the cationic natural rubber being from 30 to 70% by mass, a viscosity at 20° C. being 500 mPa·s or less, and surface potential of the cationic natural rubber microparticles being −3 mV or less; and a tire puncture sealant comprising the cationic natural rubber latex and an acidic resin emulsion, a mass ratio of a solid content of the cationic natural rubber latex to a solid content of the acidic resin emulsion being from 90:10 to 10:90. Such tire puncture sealant has superior puncture-sealing ability, storage stability, and workability.

    摘要: A cured-film formation composition for forming a cured film having photoreaction efficiency and solvent resistance, and high adhesiveness alignment uniformity, and an orientation material for photo-alignment, and a retardation material formed by use of the orientation material. A cured-film formation composition includes (A) a compound having a photo-aligning group and one substituent selected from a hydroxy group, a carboxy group, and an amino group; (B) a hydrophilic polymer having one or more substituents selected from a hydroxy group, a carboxy group, and an amino group; and (C) a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer including an N-hydroxymethyl compound or an N-alkoxymethyl (meth)acrylamide compound, and optionally further a cross-linking catalyst as a component (D). By use of the composition, a cured-film is formed and an orientation material is formed by utilizing photo-alignment technique. A retardation material is obtained by applying a polymerizable liquid crystal on the orientation material and curing it.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are biodegradable hydrogel scaffolds for use in tissue engineering. The hydrogel scaffolds are composed of synthetic terpolymers complexed with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), which facilitate cell-sheet and tissue growth. In the presence of a monosaccharide, the PVA-hydrogel is dissolved and cell-sheets are released for harvesting. Further disclosed herein are methods for producing PVA hydrogels which support tissue growth. Tissue engineering applications and methods are also disclosed.
