    摘要: Provided are a navigation system having a function of branch road guidance based on a running road, and a method thereof. The system includes a global positioning system (GPS) module, a map database (DB), a storage unit, a voice processor, and a controller. The GPS module measures a self position. The map DB stores map data comprising road information having a road guide code and an exit code. The storage unit stores road guide codes and exit codes for the running road and a branch road, and stores road guidance voice data, voice data on the branch road, and numeric voice data. The voice processor receives and combines the voice data, and generates and synthesizes branch road guidance voice data. The controller reads the road guide codes for the running road of the measured position and the branch road, and outputs the voice data.

    摘要: An air discharge apparatus usable with an air conditioner includes a body formed with a suction opening and a discharge opening, a blowing fan arranged in the body to circulate air, and a partition to separate a suction path defined between the suction opening and the blowing fan from a discharge path defined between the blowing fan and the discharge opening. The partition has a vortex-restraint portion, which protrudes into the discharge path to occupy a portion of a bottom region of the cross sectional area of the discharge path, thereby serving to prevent generation of a vortex of air in the discharge path.

    摘要: A high-density plasma CVD apparatus designed to allow an angle of gas injectors to be adjusted according to an etching rate of a chemical mechanical polishing process. The apparatus comprises a deposition chamber constituted by an upper chamber equipped to an upper portion of the deposition chamber and a lower chamber equipped to a lower portion of the deposition chamber, an electrostatic chuck equipped to the lower chamber so as to allow a wafer to be placed thereon and connected to a high frequency power source, a plurality of gas injectors disposed on an inner side surface of the deposition chamber while being uniformly spaced a predetermined distance from each other relative to the horizontal surface for injecting source gas for a CVD process, an angle-adjusting unit for adjusting an angle of the gas injectors, and a controller for controlling operation of the high-density plasma CVD apparatus to adjust the angle of the gas injectors through the angle-adjusting unit.
