摘要: A composite article comprises a substrate, base polymer layer, an inorganic barrier layer, and top polymer layer. The base polymer layer is disposed on the substrate, and includes a polymerized reaction product of components comprising at least 60 percent by weight of at least one di(meth)acrylate represented by the formula wherein: each R1 is independently H or methyl; and each R2 independently represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or two R2 groups may together form an alkylene group having from 2 to 7 carbon atoms. An inorganic barrier layer is bonded to the base polymer layer. The top polymer layer is disposed on the inorganic barrier layer opposite the substrate, wherein the top polymer layer comprises a polymerized reaction product of components comprising at least 60 percent by weight of a cycloaliphatic (meth)acrylate having from 13 to 24 carbon atoms.

摘要: A photochromic polyurethane laminate that is constructed to solve certain manufacturing difficulties involved in the production of plastic photochromic lenses is disclosed. The photochromic laminate includes at least two layers of a resinous material and a photochromic polyurethane layer that is interspersed between the two resinous layers and which contains photochromic compounds. The polyurethane layer is formed by curing a mixture of a solid thermoplastic polyurethane, at least one isocyanate prepolymer, at least one photochromic compound, and a stabilizing system.

摘要: A flooring coating formulation is disclosed that contains inorganic particles, at least one crosslinking acrylate monomer, at least one polymerizable cyclic/aromatic acrylate monomer, matting agent particles, at least one reactive diluent acrylate monomer, at least one fluorinated acrylate monomer, at least one crosslinkable oligomer, and at least one photoinitiator. The inorganic particles, such as aluminum oxide, can be present in the coating in an amount sufficient to improve wear and/or stain resistance. A floor covering that includes a layer of cured coating which has a polymerized formulation of the flooring coating formulation also is disclosed.

The real wood film includes: a sliced veneer; a non-woven fabric adhered to the bottom surface of the sliced veneer by means of a non-aqueous adhesive, and configured to protect the sliced veneer from moisture; a formation improvement layer adhered to the bottom surface of M the non-woven fabric, and configured to prevent the sliced veneer from being wrinkled due to heat applied to the sliced veneer and prevent a crack from occurring; and a thermoplastic adhesive layer adhered to the bottom surface of the formation improvement layer, and configured to enable adhesion to injected resin.

摘要: To reduce substrate warp occurring after connection an anisotropic conductive film is used. An anisotropic conductive film has: a first insulating adhesive layer; a second insulating adhesive layer; and a conductive particle-containing layer sandwiched by the first insulating adhesive layer and the second insulating adhesive layer and having conductive particles contained in an insulating adhesive, wherein air bubbles are contained between the conductive particle-containing layer and the first insulating adhesive layer, and, the conductive particle-containing layer, a portion thereof below the conductive particles and in contact with the second insulating adhesive layer has a lower degree of cure than other portions thereof.
