摘要: A method for assembling multi-component nano-structures that includes dispersing a plurality of nano-structures in a fluid medium, and applying an electric field having an alternating current (AC) component and a direct current (DC) component to the fluid medium containing the plurality of nano-structures. The electric field causes a first nano-structure from the plurality of nano-structures to move to a predetermined position and orientation relative to a second nano-structure of the plurality of nano-structures such that the first and second nano-structures assemble into a multi-component nano-structure.

摘要: A breathable and waterproof composite fabric includes: a fabric sheet having opposite first and second surfaces and defining a plurality of micropores extending through the first and second surfaces; and a waterproof plastic film of a non-porous material that is bonded to the first surface of the fabric sheet, that conforms to the first surface of the fabric sheet, and that is perforated to form a plurality of hollow protrusions extending into the micropores, respectively. The plastic film has inner and outer surfaces. The inner surface is in contact with the first surface of the fabric sheet. Each of the hollow protrusions defines a channel that extends through the inner and outer surfaces for imparting breathability to the plastic film.

摘要: A metal-clad laminate according to the present embodiment includes an insulating layer, and a metal layer present on at least one surface side of the insulating layer. The insulating layer is a laminate of at least three layers of a center layer, a first resin layer present on one surface side of the center layer, and a second resin layer present on the other surface side of the center layer. The center layer, the first resin layer and the second resin layer each contain a cured product of a resin composition. Coefficients of thermal expansion of the cured products of the resin compositions contained in the first resin layer and the second resin layer are smaller than a coefficient of thermal expansion of the cured product of the resin composition contained in the center layer.

摘要: A polyimide metal laminated plate has a first metallic film, a first thermoplastic polyimide film laminated on a surface of the first metallic film, a first thermosetting polyimide film laminated on a surface of the first thermoplastic polyimide film distal from the first metallic film, and a second thermoplastic polyimide film laminated on a surface of the first thermosetting polyimide film distal from the first thermoplastic polyimide film. The polyimide metal laminated plate has no adhesive layer, so the polyimide metal laminated plate not only has good heat resistance, flame resistance, anti-chemical properties, and dimensional stability, but also meets the thinning tendency of FPCB. In addition, by the first thermosetting polyimide film and the second thermoplastic polyimide film having a water vapor transmission rate equal to or more than 170 g-μm/m2-day, the delamination and whitening of the polyimide metal laminated plate is prevented.

The first laminate can include a first gas barrier layer disposed between first and second sealable layers, wherein the first and second sealable layers define opposed exterior layers of the first laminate. The second laminate can include a third sealable layer defining an exterior layer of the second laminate, and a second gas barrier layer. The at least one seal joins a portion of the third sealable layer to at least a portion of the second sealable layer.
