    摘要: In one embodiment, a system for forming aggregate materials may include a lower open-topped mold, an upper mold, an actuation assembly, a heating system, a pressure sensor, and a controller. The lower open-topped mold can receive a heat moldable material that can include a foaming agent. The lower open-topped mold can contact the heat moldable material and the upper mold can contact the heat moldable material. The controller can execute machine readable control logic to cause the actuation assembly to generate relative outward motion at an expansion rate. The foaming agent can expand the heat moldable material when heated. During outward motion, the lower open-topped mold can maintain close contact with the heat moldable material, and the upper mold can maintain close contact with the heat moldable material. The expansion rate of the relative outward motion can be based upon a pressure signal indicative of back pressure.

An intermittently feeding device works to intermittently feed a transfer unit equipped with resin holders, and has a cam supported by a motor via a support. The cam is rotated by the motor. A cam follower of a moving block meshes with the screw of the cam, and the moving block moves along a support rail accompanying the turn of the cam. The motor rotates at a constant speed, and the transfer unit 3 is fed intermittently depending on the shapes of the cam and of the cam follower.

    摘要: A method of fabricating an anti-noise earplug having an inner tip serving as a core and an outer tip coupled to the inner tip to surround the inner tip and inserted into an ear includes the steps of: (a) shaping the inner tip; (b) fixing the inner tip to an upper mold for shaping the outer tip; (c) disposing the upper mold to face a lower mold having a cavity for shaping the outer tip; (d) injecting a resin composition for forming the outer tip into the lower mold; (e) pressing down the upper mold to the lower mold; (f) curing the resin composition to couple the outer tip to the inner tip; and (g) separating the upper mold from the lower mold and then separating the earplug, in which the outer tip is coupled to the inner tip as a body, from the lower mold. In fabricating the earplug, the inner tip and the outer tip can be molded in an in-line process, thereby improving the fabrication efficiency.
