    摘要： A method of manufacturing wood-cement board and an apparatus used in the method are provided in the present invention. The method of manufacturing wood-cement board comprising strewing a raw materials mixture of wood-cement board on a mold panel to form a mat, piling up a plural number of the mats with the mold panels, pre-pressing the piled mats to reduce the thickness of each mat, piling up a plural number of the pre-pressed mat, main-pressing the pre-pressed and piled mats and curing the piled mats being main-pressed and the apparatus used in the method consists of a piling up machine piling up a plural number of mats formed on a mold panel, a pre-press machine pre-pressing the piled mats to reduce the thickness of each mat, a main-piling up machine piling up a plural number of the pre-pressed mats, a main-pressing machine main-pressing the pre-pressed and piled mats, and a curing chamber curing the piled mats being main-pressed. In the present invention, since a plural number of mats are piled up before pre-press process, the pressure effecting on the piled mats can be released slowly to prevent the generation of big negative pressure between mats without delaying pre-press process.

    摘要： A brick press for the production of formed bodies from free-flowing materials has a measuring and comparison device, in which pressing force and press path are detected from the beginning of the pressing process and are compared with a preset pressure curve, which represents the pressure/path setpoint value of the pressing process. Any deviations from the force/path setpoint value determined outside a range of tolerance of pressure curve are used as a signal for early ending of the pressing process. Reject formed bodies resulting in this case can be crushed effortlessly and again recycled in the initial material to be pressed without subsequent treatment. A process is also disclosed for the control and regulation of the pressing process.

    摘要： A method of producing cement mortar mouldings is provided. Cement mortar material is supplied onto a lower mould. The lower mould is then brought into a vertical alignment with an upper mould. The lower and upper moulds are pressed to each other to compress the cement mortar material which is, in turn, dehydrated by suction means. While maintaining the suction, the lower mould is separated from the upper mould to leave a moulding on the upper mould. This mould is placed on a conveyor for later processing.An apparatus for producing cement mortar mouldings is also provided. The apparatus comprises upper and lower moulds, suction means, mould actuating means, and conveyor means. The suction means is provided in association with the upper mould to assure both dehydration and holding of the molding manufactured from the compressed from the moulding material.
